Big CONGRATS to Nokona 2022 RHP/1B Johnny Gannon of Catholic Memorial HS on his commitment to continue his academic and baseball career at St. Lawrence University! The Saints pick up an outstanding young man and player that we have been proud to coach. The big righty has spent the last 3 years in our program and has been everything we’ve hoped he would be. Johnny not only provided great ABs, athletic fielding and quality innings on the mound – he has been a tremendous teammate and top notch leader in terms of the character he brings. He is a hard working on and off the field, boasting an outstanding GPA in the classroom as well. A strike-thrower on the mound, and power bat, Johnny provided a bit of everything for us the last few summers. He is a gentleman and a young man that we love having in a Nokona uniform. Congrats to Johnny, we can’t wait to see you shine at the next level!
