Huge CONGRATS to Nokona SS Liam Foley of Xaverian Brothers High School on his commitment to continue his academic and baseball career at Bowdoin College! Liam has been a cornerstone player in our program since he was 9 years old. He has been a constant and staple in our middle infield and lineup throughout his career. Liam is as consistent of a player and young man that you will ever come across on and off the field. The ‘21 Xaverian grad bet on himself this past year and came through on every way possible. Liam is a leader, an excellent player and an incredible teammate. He is the exact type of player we love having in our program. The high-academic recruit did it all right in the classroom and worked his tail off in every off-season to maximize his potential. Liam is a heady player that never gets too high or too low based on his or his team’s performance. He has incredible perspective and a calming demeanor that serves him incredibly well – he does all the little things well that makes him a great winner. We have been tremendously fortunate to have him and his family in our program and be a part of his journey and development. He is a first class person. Thank you to Liam for the last 9 years. We have so many great memories with you. We LOVE this state championship shortstop and captain!
